Terms of Service
Welcome to Dancr AI. By accessing or using our website, desktop, mobile application, or cloud services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. What we provide
Dancr AI offers AI-assisted tutoring, image generation, video creation, document analysis, and related capabilities. Features available to you are as shown in the product and documentation; we may modify, replace, or discontinue features over time.
2. Access and eligibility
You may learn about the product on this site and contact us to enable services. If we later offer online registration or accounts, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and billing
Plans and Pricing: Dancr AI offers premium auto-renewing subscription options to unlock advanced AI tutoring, image/video generation, and document analysis tools. The available subscription tiers are:
- Promotional Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week
- Standard Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week
- Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year
Paid subscriptions bill on the cycle you select. Prices are displayed in USD (or local currency equivalent in the Apple App Store) and may be subject to local taxes.
Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and your account will be charged for the next term. For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The account will be charged for renewal at the same price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription, adjust billing cycles, or turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your App Store Account Settings.
Upgrades and downgrades: Upgrades may bill a prorated amount immediately; downgrades typically take effect next cycle, as described at checkout or determined by App Store policies.
Refunds: All purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Except where applicable law or Apple's terms require otherwise, fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods.
4. Payment methods
For paid plans you must provide a valid payment method and authorize us and our processors to charge applicable fees. You are responsible for failed charges due to expired or insufficient funding and must update details when needed.
5. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape training data from, or circumvent access controls for the Services or underlying models;
- Use the Services to generate unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, or misleading content;
- Run abusive automation that imposes unreasonable load (even on “unlimited” tiers we may apply fair-use limits for stability);
- Impersonate others or violate third-party IP or privacy rights;
- Rely on outputs for high-risk decisions (such as medical, legal, or safety-critical uses) without independent human review and professional judgment.
6. Your content and intellectual property
As between you and us, you retain rights in prompts, documents, and original materials you submit, subject to applicable law. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display content as needed to operate the Services.
Rights and protectability of AI outputs vary by jurisdiction; we do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or copyrightability. You are responsible for compliance and for obtaining third-party permissions where required.
7. Third-party services and assets
The Services may integrate third-party APIs, fonts, music, or imagery governed by separate terms; your use of finished work must comply with those licenses.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI outputs may be incorrect—verify before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of fees you paid for the relevant Services in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel subscriptions as provided in the product. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms) will survive termination.
11. Compliance and export controls
You represent that you do not use the Services in violation of sanctions or export-control laws applicable to you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version on our site. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
Interpretation and disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate with counsel. Parties should attempt good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be brought in the courts or arbitration forum you specify.
